The chuanchen Solutions China provides a broad range of machining capabilities, product assemblies, and customer inventory management at our own manufacturing facility in China. Our Flagship Machine Shop is capable of a broad range of machining parts & components with high-precision manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and most CNC works using various materials and forms such as bar stock, plate stock, castings, forgings, tube & tubing, and extrusions. We take lean, 6S, and quality control to an extreme during our daily operations. We make first article samples for our customers out of production tooling and fixtures in actual production environment. We qualify ourselves every time we make a new part for our existing customers without cutting the corners.
